Information you provide

When you submit our project inquiry form, we collect the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, project address, build type, budget range, and project description). This information is stored in our Strapi content management system so our team can respond to your inquiry.

Automatic data we collect (with your consent)

If you choose Accept analytics on our consent banner, we use first-party tools to understand how visitors find our site and which pages they view. This may include:

• Page URLs and page titles you visit during your session
• Referring website URL when you first arrive
• Marketing parameters in the URL (UTM tags, Google Click ID, Facebook Click ID)
• A session timeline of pages viewed before you submit a form
• A first-party cookie named pjr_lead_activity (30 days) so we can append page views after you submit an inquiry, including return visits

This data helps us measure marketing effectiveness and improve our service. If you choose Essential only, we do not collect this attribution data—only the form fields you submit and the page URL where you submitted the form (for operational processing).

Google Analytics

When analytics consent is granted, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XXXXXXXX) to understand site usage. Google may process usage data according to the Google Privacy Policy. We use Google Consent Mode v2; analytics storage remains denied until you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies we use

• pjr_consent (365 days) — stores your consent choice (essential or analytics). Always set when you interact with the banner.
• pjr_lead_activity (30 days) — links return visits to a submitted inquiry for attribution; only when analytics is accepted.
• Session storage keys for first-touch attribution and page-view log — cleared when you close the browser tab; only when analytics is accepted.

How we use information

We use inquiry and usage information to respond to project requests, operate our website, and produce internal reporting for our marketing partner (Collective Thought Media operator systems). We do not sell your personal information.

Email notifications

New form submissions trigger an email notification to PJR staff so inquiries are answered promptly. Notification recipients are configured in our CMS environment—not published on this website.

Retention

Project inquiries remain in our CMS until deleted by an authorized operator. Consent preferences are stored for 365 days. Post-inquiry activity tracking uses a 30-day cookie.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics cookies using our site banner. You may also control cookies through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request for essential-only processing. To request access to or deletion of your inquiry data, contact us at info@buildwithpjr.com.
