Tomar Industries –
Freehold, NJ PJR designed a building which serves
three functions: it is a warehouse/distribution center, a
headquarters for administrative and business services and a
showroom/point of sale location.

OCM Jireh Church –
Marlboro, NJ PJR designed a 17,000 SF church for the
Overseas Chinese Mission. The church is a hybrid of a
pre-engineered building system, conventional construction, and
laminated arches.

Magnum Management – Tinton Falls, NJ Located in Tinton
Falls, this USA Building serves as Monmouth County's premier recycling and refuge facility. Magnum Management required a
building with tremendous headroom and unadulterated floor space.

Pfizer Aviation –
Trenton, NJ PJR Construction has been selected to be
the prime contractor for Pfizer's state-of-the-art aircraft
facility at Trenton-Mercer Airport.

The Atria – Garden City, Long Island The Atria is a 446,000 SF two
building hi-rise complex, designed by the Michael Spector Group
Architects, and constructed by PJR Construction. |

Iron Mountain –
Freehold, NJ PJR Construction was contracted to
maximize the site to its fullest potential. PJR's engineering
team was able to place a 160,000 SF building on the property. |

H. K. Truck Services –
South Plainfield, NJ Contracted as a design builder
for H. K. Truck Services, our design team determined that the
use of a pre-engineered building system would be the most
cost-effective approach to building the new corporate
headquarters for our clients. |

Jons Court Industrial Park –
Marlboro, NJ Champion Sports, a major distributor of
sports equipment and clothing, selected PJR to construct its
Central Jersey facility. |

Aspect Computer –
Somerset, NJ This building was designed as a
multi-occupancy Flex Building. Each tenant has use of separate
entrances, warehousing, production facilities and loading docks. |
