Project Details
This building was designed as a multi-occupancy Flex Building. Each tenant has use of separate entrances, warehousing,
production facilities and loading docks.
The original design concept for this project was over budget. PJR was called to evaluate the blueprints and help re-design the building to meet the owner’s requirements.
Realized cost savings on the structure by PJR construction’s design team empowered the owner to achieve the look they wanted by adding granite floors, glasswork, and beautifully finished millwork, which would otherwise have been impossible to achieve due to budgeting restrictions.
The production facility is well organized, brightly lighted, and serves as the main assembly for Aspect Computer’s East Coast operation. Included in this facility are a chip burn in room and an ultra-secure processor storage facility.
Due to the size and high costs of the computer components, a unique storage facility was constructed utilizing access card entry and video surveillance.
